Everyone is invited to bring their pumpkins and gourds to Lewis University's "W" parking lot on Saturday, November 7, 2026 (the Saturday after Halloween) from 9 AM to 12 noon. Pumpkins can be dropped off in our container, which will be taken for composting after the event and turned into a nutrient-rich soil supplement.
Painted pumpkins are welcome, but please remove any candles, bags, or boxes from your pumpkins before dropping off for composting.
Residents can also bring confidential documents for onsite shredding (limit 3 bank boxes per vehicle) and electronics for recycling (limit 3 TVs per vehicle). No appointment is required.
