Bring unwanted household chemicals such as oil-based paint, stains and variishes, along with oil, antifreeze, old gasoline, brake fluid, pesticides, fertilizers, cleaning products and more to this one-day collection event. It is free of charge for Will County residents. Mercury and most mercury containing items are accepted. Other items include: pool chemicals, recharagable batteries, lead-acid batteries, compact fluorescent lights, aerosol products and lawn chemicals.

Earth Hour calls on businesses, government and individuals to turn out their lights for one hour. If possible turn as many electrical devices as possible for one hour. It is a way to increase consciousness of the amount energy we use and find ways to reduce it.

Collection of nearly all types of electronics and household chemicals, hazardous materials and liquids. All participants must make an APPOINTMENT. There is a limit of 2 TVs per vehicle. limits of 15 gallons of paint and 15 light bulbs. ID required. We offer service to all Will County residents and all residents of any communities partially within Will County.
