The USEPA is celebrating Fix a Leak Week, March 18 – 24, 2024! Help prevent water waste by running a dye test on your toilet, replacing old and worn faucet parts, or reporting leaks at work.

Earth Hour calls on businesses, government and individuals to turn out their lights for one hour. If possible turn as many electrical devices as possible for one hour. It is a way to increase consciousness of the amount energy we use and find ways to reduce it.

Collection of nearly all types of electronics and household chemicals, hazardous materials and liquids. Wood, Scrap Metal, Foam and Donations of clothing, books, toys, cookware. Appointments taken through Friday at 9am. There is a limit of 2 TVs per vehicle, 15 gallons of paint, and ID required. We offer service to all Will County residents and all residents of any communities partially within Will County. Volunteers needed.

Textile Collection at the County Office Building PARKING LOT Monday through Friday during normal business hours. This event will accept clean clothing, blankets, tablecloths, linens, drapes, towels, shoes, and more. Bring items for reuse and recycling. See Scott Slocum from WJOL AM1340 on Friday morning 5:30am-9:00am. Small home goods in working condition will also be accepted each day.

Place an order online by May 5 and pick-up on May 9 from the parking lot at The Conservation Foundation in Naperville.
