Recycling has changed a lot over the past decades with more items accepted and more mistakes being made. Residents are encouraged to tune into this presentation featuring Will County's own Recycling Program Specialist and President of the Illinois Recycling Foundation along with the President of one of the largest Material Recovery Facilities in the mid-west, Resource Management Companies.
From the ommon contaminates people want to recycle but cannot place in the curbside cart to the switch from reading the numbers to simply allowng plastic bottles, tubs and jugs. Learn what is and is not supposed to go in the cart, where to drop-off the recyclables not taken and what needs to go in the garbage.
