Will County is sponsoring a car, tractor, and small truck tire drop-off at the Will County Fairgrounds in Peotone on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 8 AM to 3 PM. This event is for Will County residents and farmers. Participants must be able to unload their own tires (100 maximum per vehicle). No business, industrial, off road, or heavily soiled tires will be accepted at this event, but businesses and local governments may contact us for other options.
Residents and farmers may drop off unwanted tires at this Waste Tire Drop-Off, sponsored by Will County's Resource Recovery and Energy Division and the Will County Fairground Association.
Tires will only be accepted if ALL of these guidelines are met:
- Participants must be Will County residents or live in a community at least partially within Will County (ID may be required);
- Accepted tires must be car, tractor, or small truck tires (no more than 100 per vehicle);
- NO business tires, industrial tires, or off road tires will be accepted;
- NO heavily soiled tires will be accepted;
- Participants must be able to unload their own tires.
This event is being held at the Will County Fairgrounds (710 S. West Street in Peotone). Please enter the lot from West Street.
