Spring 2020 Recyclepalooza: canceled due to COVID-19

08:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Joliet, IL, 60433

815-727-8834

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the April Recyclepalooza has been CANCELED. We have alternative locations for many of the items and do expect to hold a Recyclepalooza in September. The ability to make appointments for the September event will not be available until June. We deeply regret this inconvenience but the safety of participants, volunteers and personnel is of primary concern.

Please consider these alternatives for the items accepted at our Recyclepalooza:

Electronics: We offer 7 locations year round that accept a wide array of electronics. Please click this link to find locations and hours of each host site.

Household Hazardous Waste: Will County provides some funding to the Regional HHW site in Naperville which is also funded by the Illinois EPA, DuPage County and Kane County. All residents of Illinois are welcome to utilize the site to dispose of unwanted hazardous materials. They do NOT accept latex paint. They are open every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-2pm at 180 Fort Hill Drive.
